IGS aims to create an Esplanade aesthetic incorporating three camps: Kamp Krotus, Proclamation Camp, and Chillonia. An illustration using 2002 photos may be found below:

Proof-of-concept model of IGS. Actual arrangement will be more impressive.

The above example merely illustrates IGS's general idea. Actual implementation will be much more impressive: more LEDs, more interactivity, more el-wire, a neater design, and an additional billboard support the case.

Pictured here is the Chromodome - a new piece by IGS LED artist Kevin McCormick.
It is shown above "hanging" from the inside of an LED lined dome.

This is not a disco ball.

Pictured here is 1/16th of a proposed 8'x8' LED matrix. The matrix will consist of a 20x20 pixel array, with each pixel comprised of 120 LEDs (40 each of Red, Green and Blue).
The boards are surplus from the Loews theatre sign in Times Square. The current plan for this array is a two-player tetris game! Needless to say, the eye-popping value of such a thing is difficult to overstate.

A matrix of pixels, each comprised of 120 LEDs.
